Canvabadges Getting Started Steps

Now that you're ready to make some badges, here's a simple way to get started:

1. Create a Twitter account if you don't already have one.
2. Go to https://www.canvabadges.org/ Links to an external site. and follow the steps to log in with Twitter and get your key and secret code
3. Once you "login using the twitters" you'll get a key and a secret to copy and paste into Canvas.
4. Log in to your Canvas instance and go to the course where you want to use Canvabadges
5. Click "Settings" from the left menu of your course
6. From the settings page go to "Apps"
7. Add the "Badges" app to your course
8. Follow the steps to copy and paste the key and secret you received earlier

Time to make badges!
